We offer a range of Piusi air-operated grease pumps designed for transferring grease from 12kg, 50kg, and 80kg barrels. These air-powered grease transfer pumps are also available as a kit with a follower plate, drum cover, and grease nozzle. Included within this range are air-operated grease pumps, mobile grease dispensing kits, and accessories such as follower plates and drum trolleys.

Available in our ATEX approved petrol transfer pump range are both mains powered and 12v fuel transfer pumps, that are specified for zone one applications. We also stock a number of manual hand petrol transfer pumps for when a cost effective pump is required.

We offer a range of pumps for the transfer of chemicals. Very specific construction materials and seal types are required when for use with chemicals so we recommend that before purchasing material compatibility is checked with the chemical in question that is being dispensed.

Depending upon the application at hand, you can select from submersible pumps, engine-driven water pumps, and manual hand pumps. A PTO pump, otherwise known as a power take off pump, is commonly utilised for agricultural use as it is powered by the tractor’s PTO shaft. There are two main options of PTO pumps designed for two alternative applications; PTO water pumps or PTO pressure washers for cleaning down agricultural machinery after use, and tractor PTO air compressors for inflating agricultural machinery tyres.

Designed to accurately measure the quantity of lubrication and engine oil that is being dispensed in a particular transaction, the Piusi range of oil flow meters are a great addition to any garage or workshop. Options for these oil meters include digital or mechanical displays, differing flow rate capacities, and the ability to install the oil flow meter onto an oil dispensing nozzle for an instant quantity reading. Before making your decisions as to which oil flow meter to purchase, be sure to look at the oil viscosity compatibility with your known fluid.

Domestic heating oil meters are commonly installed in oil-fired heating systems as a way to monitor how much fuel oil/kerosene has been used. A heating oil meter is able to accurately measure even the smallest quantity of dispensed oil thanks to its extremely low flow rate capacity in comparison to a standard oil meter. The benefit of all of these heating oil meters is that the amount of oil used can be clearly read off the display, making them easy to use.

Some fuel storage tanks are installed at height in order to run off a gravity feed refuelling system, a cost effective alternative to relying on a pump to transfer the fuel. Gravity fed fuel tanks refuel vehicles using a gravity hose kit, which is essentially a locking valve to stop/start the flow of diesel, the hose itself and a nozzle.

Depending upon the individual installation, we offer a selection of different AdBlue delivery hose options. It is vital that only hose designed for use with AdBlue (or DEF as it is known in the US) is used with the fluid to prevent contamination. Available is AdBlue hose for use with electric pumps, models for use with manual pumps, as well as the cost-effective option of an AdBlue gravity hose kit for dispensing from a gravity-fed tank or IBC.

Our extensive fuel nozzle range provides solutions for the dispensing of diesel, petrol, oil, AdBlue™ and grease. When selecting a fuel dispensing nozzle you need to decide whether you require an automatic or manual model. An automatic fuel pump nozzle shuts off when the vehicle being refuelled becomes full, preventing further fuel from being dispensed and an overfill from occurring. Whereas a manual refuelling nozzle is a cheaper solution when the user is not too concerned with automatic shut off, and is popular within the agricultural and plant market.

Also included in our range are high flow fuel nozzles specially designed for refuelling larger vehicles and machinery and models with in built flow meters for identifying the amount of fluid dispensed. It should also be noted that whilst some fuel dispensing nozzles work on both gravity and pump installations, there are specially identified fuel pump nozzles and gravity fed nozzles.

Fuel tank alarms and overfill prevention devices are common pieces of equipment required on most fuel storage tanks. Tank level alarms provide the user with three function; to alert them of a low level, overfill or bund situation. We have a variety of models available depending upon the functionality that is required. An overfill prevention valve ensures that a tank cannot be overfilled, as when the fuel level reaches a certain point, no more can be added.
