Our customer base is very extensive. We supply all the UK water companies, power generators including CHP as well as nuclear and hydro generation. Steam Flow Meter
DF25 Steam Flow Meter – Insertion Pitot
The DF25 is a Steam Flow meter suitable for pipes DN100-2500mm. The right Steam Flowmeter can save you money on your steam generation costs thus helping to reduce any Steam wastage. The DF25 Steam flow meter is designed for the minimum pressure drop saving you money. The DF25 Steam Pitot is designed to be an extremely accurate way to measure your steam flow.
Steam Flow Gauge, Mechanical, Large Dial, Flo-Gage
Inline Mechanical Steam flow gauge with a direct reading dial. The Flo-Gage is a direct reading DP flow meter that displays your flow rate in a “speedometer” style display. As your flow increases the needle moves around the face of the display. These do not require any power to function and have large easy-to-read dials.
Steam Flow, Multivariable transmitter, 4-20mA and Hart, IMV30T
The IMV30T is a Multivariable Transmitter with HART enable 4-20mA. This Multivariable Transmitter measures your differential pressure and absolute pressure. The IMV30T can also take a PT100 input to give you a full corrected steam flow output via the 4-20mA.
Sewer Flow Meter
Sewer Flow Meter, non-contact, Raven-Eye
The Raven-Eye is an advanced, non-contact RADAR flow meter for open-channel flow measurements. It uses non-contact radar technology to measure the flow from above the channel. Suitable for open channel flow measurements such as sewer flow measurements, river flow measurements, flow to sewage treatment works, discharge consent metering, and final effluent flows.
The Raven-Eye is combined with IFQ Monitor to give you a local display, 4-20mA outputs, logging capability, and error signaling. Alternatively, it can be connected to the Web-enabled UNI-Trans for advanced multi-sensor applications
IFQ Monitor for the Raven-Eye Phoenix and Beluga
The IFQ Monitor is an easy-to-use and configure, converter and display (and optional logger) unit for the Raven Eye flow sensors. The IFQ Monitor connects to the Raven Eye flow sensor via RS485 and to an external level sensor (normally the ULS-02) via a 4-20mA. The IFQ Monitor has three 4-20mA outputs Flow, Level and Velocity all of which can easily configure via the keypad.
