The KS 816 is a fieldbus transmitter that can be arbitrarily configured and features universal inputs for Pt100, thermocouples, and standard signals. The start-up circuit guarantees longer element life and avoids production interruptions, and the instrument offers optional output hold functionality in the event of a sensor failure.
