It is a multistep microprocessor digital controller (stepped) typically used to control multi-compressor refrigeration units, but also for other systems having several separate actuators that condition the process variable.

Indicators (J Series)

• Advanced indicator with 5-digit display with configurable red/green color.
• It can have up to 2 inputs + 3 digital inputs, serial communication with RS485 Modbus protocol, up to 4 relay alarm outputs with ISA-A sequence, analog signal retransmission, and display of positive and negative peaks.

Oven Control (TCO Series)

• This is the ideal instrument for the bakery sector as it is able to separately manage the “ceiling” and “floor” with the relative partitions, but also the lighting, the extractor, the steamer, and the steam injection.
• It also provides for the storage of 8 different cooking programs and can have up to 7 relay outputs, up to 4 inputs for thermocouples, and 3 configurable digital inputs.
•  Thanks to the internal clock it is possible to program the oven’s automatic switch on at the desired time, the cooking time, and also the automatic switch off.
•  Finally, it offers the possibility of having an RS485 serial communication interface.

Universal Indicators (TLI Series)

• Indicators with universal input, 4 relay outputs, or static relay driving (SSR) can be used for signaling alarms.
• One of these outputs can also be of the analog type and can be used for the retransmission of the measurement signal.
• As an alternative to the OUT4 output, it is possible to have a configurable digital input.
• It also has particular functions such as the memory of the maximum and minimum peaks, the Hold function, the possibility of setting the zero value and/or carrying out the calibration by self-learning for input from the potentiometer, the possibility of establishing the sampling rate of the measure (from 8 to 64 acquisitions per sec.).

Alarm/Events Indicators (X-Series)

The alarms/events are shown on the 3-digit display and can be detected by the device via 10 digital inputs for free voltage or voltage (24 Vac/Vdc) contacts whose operation is fully configurable. The instrument can also be equipped with a relay and an internal buzzer for the acoustic signaling of alarms/events. A capacitive “Sensitive Touch” keyboard (Model X31SL) is also available on request.
