REATEC® temperature indicators are an essential alternative to thermometers. They can be used with minimal effort and low cost where thermometers are too large, too immobile, too sensitive to vibration, too complex, or unsuitable for other reasons, such as high costs. The possible continuous use of up to 10 years is also often decisive for the use of REATEC® indicators.

About Reatec Temperature Indicators
The idea of cost-effective temperature measurement was born in 1971 and has been continuously developed and improved in our own laboratory ever since. In close cooperation with our customers and constantly improved and specialized processes, a measurable temperature range of 35°C – 264°C has been created over the years with a wide variety of products that are perfected and individually manufactured for all conceivable areas of application in addition to our standard portfolio.
Our self-adhesive indicators are characterized by low costs in use and the simplest application. REATEC® measuring strips and measuring points can also be used in places that are very difficult to access and are also ideally suited for industrial use and automated production.

The Products of Reatec Temperature Indicators
Temperature measuring points are supplied on sheets of 50 indicators. They are very easy to apply to the object to be measured and have very high adhesion even under strong external loads. As soon as the specified temperature is exceeded, the temperature measuring point will change color within 1 to 2 seconds.
The color change is irreversible; once the temperature is exceeded, the temperature measuring points do not change back to the original color, even if the temperature drops again. Critical temperature fluctuations will be indicated.
reaStripe Professional
REATEC reaPoint professional temperature indicators are based on a self-adhesive plastic carrier, that is protected by a high-quality PET film. The temperature measuring point is placed between these two layers and is protected.

- Our REATEC reaStripe 10 professional temperature indicators are based on a high-quality self-adhesive aluminum stripe on which temperature measuring points are applied.
- This indicator is characterized by its strength, very good thermal conductivity, and flexibility. To achieve the fastest and most accurate response time, the measuring points are not covered.
- reaStripe 8
- Our REATEC reaStripe 8 professional temperature indicators are a more cost-efficient variation of our reaStripe 8 professional indicators. They are based on a high-quality self-adhesive aluminum stripe on which temperature measuring points are applied.
- This indicator is characterized by its strength, very good thermal conductivity, and flexibility. To achieve the fastest and most accurate response time, the measuring points are not covered.
Temperature measuring stripes in use:
- Our temperature measuring stripes are supplied in booklets with 10 individual indicator stripes in each. A pack of 100 pieces consists of 10 booklets. They can be easily attached to the object, the temperature of which needs to be measured. Thanks to the aluminum carrier and very slim design, they are also suitable for uneven and round objects.
- On the temperature measuring stripes there is a scale with single uncovered measuring points. As soon as a specified temperature is exceeded, the temperature measuring points in the respective boxes will change color within 1 to 2 seconds.
- The color change is irreversible; once the temperature is exceeded, the temperature measuring points do not change back to the original color, even if the temperature drops again. Critical temperature fluctuations will be indicated even after a long time period e.g., during storage and transportation.
reasStripe Standard
REATEC reaStripe 8 standard temperature indicators are a more cost-efficient variation of our reaStripe 10 standard indicators. They are based on a high-quality self-adhesive paper carrier on which temperature measuring points are applied.
reaStripe protected
REATEC reaStripe 10 protected temperature indicators are based on a self-adhesive paper stripe, that is protected by a high-quality plastic film (lower temperatures) and a kapton film (higher temperatures). The temperature measuring points are applied to this stripe.
reaPoint professional
REATEC reaPoint professional temperature indicators are based on a self-adhesive plastic carrier, that is protected by a high-quality PET film. The temperature measuring point is placed between these two layers and is protected.
reaMini professional
REATEC reaMini professional temperature indicator points are based on a self-adhesive aluminum carrier of the highest quality, on which a single temperature measuring point is applied.
reaMini standard
REATEC reaMini standard temperature indicator points are based on a high-quality self-adhesive paper carrier, on which a single temperature measuring point is applied.
