The Rail Line product line includes temperature limiters, controllers, transmitters, I/O modules, communication field bus couplers, and transmitters for strain gauge sensors for regulating, measuring, converting, and monitoring.
Description Of TB 45 Rail Line Systems
The TB 45 temperature limiter is designed for accurate, economical signal monitoring and limiting applications. Two output relays and at least one universal input are installed in TB 45.
For display reasons, the TB 45 can optionally be equipped with an analog output. Galvanic isolation is offered from the supply voltage, the communication interfaces, and between inputs and outputs.
Mounting
The little TB 45 can be easily unmounted and is clipped onto a top-hat DIN rail. All of the connections are plugin-style, allowing for easy device replacement without causing any wiring disruptions.
Display and operation
The measured value and all of the unit’s operational activities can be shown simultaneously thanks to the dual-line LC display. Additionally, an LED and four additional display components provide a trustworthy indicator of error messages, operating mode, and functioning condition. The display can incorporate the user-configurable engineering unit of the measured value. Any signal or parameter can be shown in the second display line by using the extended operating level.
Interfaces and Engineering Tools
An Engineering Tool can also be used to adjust the limiter’s parameters. ® The user may complete the task at hand without having to follow operating instructions thanks to the BlueControl software, which includes a limiter simulation, and most importantly, the easy connection via the BluePort® front interface. Of course, the front of the gadget can also be used to adjust almost every parameter. Additionally, an optional RS 485 interface with Modbus RTU protocol installed in the top-hat DIN rail allows the TB 45 to communicate with higher-level PLCs and PCs. The rail line series’ fieldbus coupler can be connected to devices with an optional system interface.
Password protection
A password prevents unauthorized access to the Operating Levels and limit settings.
