In contrast to conventional vane-type air motors, the Tonson M14 G3 Piston Air Motor-Pneumatic Motor patent high accuracy unusual radial piston design produces strong torque without significant levels of air consumption and air loss.

Air motors are made to run on compressed air and are intended to be used in conjunction with a lubricant, filter, and regulator to increase longevity and performance. Conditions that are unsuitable for electric, hydraulic, stepper, and servo motors can be readily handled by air motors.
