Description of Ball Valve Floating The DN125 PN16 Operation Lever

Floating Ball Valve To regulate or stop fluid flow in a pipe system, the DN125 PN16 Floating Flow Control Valve uses a floating ball design. This valve’s nominal size, DN125, stands for 125 mm, or 5 inches, in the inner diameter of the corresponding pipe. According to its nominal pressure, PN16, this valve can withstand pressures of up to 16 bar, or around 232 psi. “Floating ball design” refers to a valve ball that is not mechanically attached to a shaft but instead “floats” between two seats. This design allows the fluid flow to be stopped by the ball rotating when the valve is closed.
Applications
- Water Piping System: Ideal for controlling water flow in piping systems, both for clean water and wastewater.
- Chemical Industry: Can be used in chemical processes that do not involve overly corrosive fluids.
- Food and Beverage Industry: Suitable for applications in the food and beverage industry that require hygienic flow control.
- HVAC: Can be used in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
Features
- Tight Closure: The floating ball design ensures a tight and reliable closure.
- Stable Performance: Reliable performance under various operating conditions.
- Easy Installation: Flange connection makes installation and removal easy.
- Economical: More affordable price compared to other types of ball valves.
