Compact Mini-Mag Electromagnetic Flowmeter

The CMM Mini-Mag is a low-cost compact Electromagnetic Flowmeter, suitable for industrial applications for flowrate and totalizer liquid metering and batching. The converter/processor is built into the flowmeter sensor primary. These two elements form a very compact package. With no moving parts and an obstruction-free bore, this type of flowmeter is ideal for measuring a wide range of conductive liquids (chemically aggressive, or dirty) up to a temperature of 90°C, with minimal head losses and virtually no ongoing maintenance.

CMM Mini-Mag is ideal for measuring recycled water or water-based liquids including admixtures with impurities, providing flowrate or total display for shotcrete and process batching/monitoring applications. The MiniMag can be used in conjunction with a remote ManuFlo FRT-303 Indicator, ME4-T reset counter, ME-series Batch Controllers, ME2008 batch interface cards, and UIC scaler cards or can be connected to 3rd party PLCs via the onboard pulse output.

LCD Large Resettable counter flowmeters

The MRPU4 resettable counter flowmeter is designed and manufactured in Australia by ManuFlo. The MRPU4’s round display head has a 1” BSP male threaded stem section which allows the display head to be fitted to most 1” BSP female entries. Usually, the MRPU4s are pre-fitted with a ManuFlo pipe adapter fitting. Adapters are available for a range of pipe sizes from 20 to 100 mm diameters, and the adapter range includes Galvanized Iron tees, Class18 Cat19 PVC high-pressure tees, and saddle-clamp agricultural poly-pipe fittings.(For concrete truck agitators, the similar MRP20 flowmeter range is available with cast Gunmetal 20mm flow tubes).

The MRPU4 is suitable for a wide range of medium to high flow range liquid flow measurement applications. Being internally battery-powered, the unit is ideal in situations where no external power supply is accessible, making them portable resettable totalizers and rate flowmeters. The flowmeter’s only moving part (a virtually indestructible SST rotor that turns as liquid flows past it) allows registration in Litres (L) or KiloLitres (KL) with a decimal place if required on the 4-digit Liquid Crystal resettable display counter. The main body component, consisting of the electronic counter board, is housed in robust Gunmetal housing.

The LCD is visible through the glass window and sealed by a metal locking ring. The MRPU4 is rugged for harsh environments. The impact-resistant ABS lid protects the LCD and glass from prolonged sun exposure, contaminants, and breakage. To operate, lift the hinged lid twice. This action automatically turns on power, and the Liquid Crystal display is zeroed and ready for measurement. Liquid flow causes counting on the display. Closing the lid resets the digits. The internal lithium battery has a typical life of 5-10 years.

LCD Resettable counter flowmeters (20-100mm)

The MRTU4 resettable counter flowmeter is designed and manufactured in Australia by ManuFlo. The MRTU4 has a unique ‘quick release’ slip insertion stem section designed to be inserted into the ManuFlo 1” entry nipple adaptors (part BSPB etc) which allows the display head to be fitted to most 1” BSP female entries. Usually, the MRTU4 is pre-fitted with a ManuFlo ‘T’ piece pipe adapter. Adapters are available for a range of pipe sizes from 20 to 100 mm diameters, and the adapter range includes Galvanized Iron tees, Class18 Cat19 PVC high-pressure tees, and saddle-clamp agricultural poly-pipe fittings, the advantage being we pre-install the MRTU4 for you on to the fitting and pre-calibrate on our NMI certified test rig (sizes 20mm – 100mm) to obtain the best K-factor value.

Or optionally you may purchase our BSPB or BSPSS pipe adaptor nipples (1” BSP M external thread) in brass or an optional version in 316 SS material. The MRTU4 is suitable for medium to high flow range liquid flow measurement applications. Being internally battery powered, the unit is ideal in situations where no external power supply is accessible, making them portable resettable totalizer flowmeters with optional pulse output to data logger or PLC. NOTE: As standard, the pulse output is dormant when the lid is closed. (Ideal for slump stands where washout should not be registered if transmitting pulse to batch room).

The flowmeter’s only moving part (a stainless steel alloy rotor that turns as liquid flows past it) allows registration in Litres (L) on the 4-digit Liquid Crystal resettable display counter. The main body component, consisting of the electronic counter board, is housed in a robust ASA-UV resistant IP65 lower enclosure and ASA-UV upper enclosure. The LCD is visible through the toughened Polycarbonate window and sealed by a recessed gasket and 4 stainless steel screws. A special scratch-resistant film allows optimal reading even in the harshest conditions.

The impact-resistant ASA-UV lid protects the LCD from prolonged sun exposure, contaminants, and breakage. To operate, open the hinged lid, and the previously recorded total will be present, open and close the lid again and the Liquid Crystal Display is zeroed ready for a new batch measurement. Liquid flow turning the rotor blades causes counting on the display. The internal lithium battery has a typical life of 8+ years depending on environmental conditions.

Trade waste flowmeter

With no moving parts and an obstruction-less bore, the KMS502F-TW trade waste flowmeter (wired, programmed, tested, and supplied by ManuFlo) guarantees the highest level of performance, unaffected by specific gravity or viscosity variations, or the most contaminated of fluids, whilst maintaining a high degree of accuracy over a very wide flow range.

A unique integrated verification and diagnostic function feature has been implemented in KMS flowmeters, providing ultra-stable performance over time. Oval Gear Chemical Flowmeter

The MES25FP Chemical Flow Meter provides precise volumetric flow measurements of a broad range of clean water-based products and aggressive chemicals and is also suitable for most fuels, fuel oils, and lubricating liquids. Applications include batching, dosing, or packaging of various corrosive chemicals as a more economical alternative to a complete 316 stainless steel meter for liquids such as Diesel Exhaust Fluid (Adblue).

MICROPROCESSOR PRESET BATCH CONTROL

ManuFlo – MICROPROCESSOR PRESET BATCH CONTROLLERThe The ME3000 microprocessor-based preset Batch Controller can be used with pulse output flowmeters of any size, for preset batch control applications. Batch counting can be in units of milliliters, liters, kilo-liters, US Gallons (USG), grams, or kilograms

. The Controller is fully programmable and has a range of safety features e.g. if no pulses arrive within a configurable batch start period, if pulses are interrupted during the batch cycle, or if the flow rate falls below the allowed minimum, then the pump voltage contact drive is automatically shut off and an alarm is raised.

Manual Batching Docket Printer System (single channel)

The TMP-1 is wired to a pulse output flowmeter (e.g. ManuFlo PMS50 ProcessMaster). Note that all flowmeters require a full pipe when measuring, so ideally the flowmeter should have a riser after it to keep the pipe full. The TMP-1’s component instruments are housed and protected in a rugged metal box, with a hinged key-lock lid. Since the enclosure is sealed to IP64, the unit can be mounted to the exterior chassis of delivery trucks.

The monitor and printer are prewired, making it simple to connect your power supply and flowmeter pulses to the unit. At the end of each manual batch, the TMP-1 (after a settable period of wait time after there is no activity) automatically provides a batch quantity printout with date, time, and Batch ID – ideal for delivery trucks or loading and discharge locations where a custody transfer docket is required. The printing of double dockets is optional, and selectable via the menu.

LCD Flowrate flowmeters (Larger digits)

The MESLCD4-F series magnetically-coupled positive-displacement flowmeters incorporate a larger LCD flowrate indication integral display, powered by an internal long life (10+ year) Lithium battery. With low to high flow range performance, the meters are suitable for a wide range of batching and flow speed monitoring measurement applications for water and water-based chemicals. They are ideal in situations where there is no external power supply available, making them portable flowrate indicator flowmeters.

LCD RESETTABLE COUNTER FLOWMETERS

The MRT20-T2 resettable counter is designed and manufactured by ManuFlo for use on mobile concrete transit truck mixers (agitators). Constructed of tough materials, the MRT20-T2 can withstand the abuses experienced in the premix concrete industry. The gun-metal pipe flow tube has 20mm (3?4”) BSP male threaded ends and is fully interchangeable with its predecessor the MRP20-T2 retaining the same flow tube insertion length.

The MRT20-T2 flowmeter is suitable for general medium to high flow range water flow measurement applications. Being internally Lithium battery powered, it is ideal in situations where no external power supply is accessible, making it a portable flowmeter. A pulse output is optionally available for logging and remote GSM tracking applications.

4 Digit Battery Powered LCD Resettable Counter Display

The ME4-T resettable counter is custom-designed and manufactured in Australia by ManuFlo. The ME4-T will operate for example with CMM25 and RPFS-L pulsing flowmeters. The unit is ideal for concrete Batch plant SLUMPSTAND applications for the final addition of water into the Mobile concrete truck mixers.

The display is easily reset by closing the lid and re-opening again or optionally by external contact closure. An internal long-life lithium battery powers the LCD and circuit. When not in use the indicator will go into ‘Sleep’ mode which prolongs the battery life up to 10+ years.

The unit is woken by a magnet when the lid is opened. The ME4-T will accept flowmeter input pulses up to a maximum of 500 Hz from e.g. CMM25 and RPFS-L flowmeters. e.g. The flowmeter pulse rate multiplied by the flow rate must not exceed 500hz.
