Hydraulic Flow Measurement NDW 2
The new electronic inclination angle encoder NDW 2 uses a modern measurement method based on MEMS technology for gravitational inclination measurement (angle of rotation measurement). Due to the shaftless inclination detection, it is easily possible to detect the position of a movable weir flap or other movable parts, gates, sliders, etc. that can be tilted and to determine the overflowing quantity or the passage via a Q/h relationship or angle. Existing weir flaps can be retrofitted with the simplest installation on the sloping surface.
The NDW 2 combines properties such as high accuracy, operational reliability, and robustness. Since the measuring principle works without moving parts, the NDW 2 is not subject to wear and provides reliable measuring data even when flooded (IP68). The NDW 2 provides a 4 – 20 mA signal proportional to the angle of inclination (0 – 90° or 0 – 60°) for conversion to an overflow quantity. Subsequent evaluation devices, e.g. B. NivuCont Plus, HydraulicCalculator Plus, etc. calculate the exact overflow volume using flap-specific data.
Hydraulic Flow Measurement venturi shells
The permanently corrosion-resistant venturi half-bowls are simply screwed to the vertical duct walls using the fastening material supplied. This eliminates the frequent problems of dimensional accuracy, as is often the case with compact venturi. – If the channel dimensions are changed, a corrected discharge characteristic is simply stored based on the correct channel width.
The stainless steel design avoids any weathering or attack by unknown organic solvents, some of which are contained in the wastewater. Flow Transmitter NivuFlow Mobile 750
The NivuFlow Mobile 750 is the successor of the PCM family. Due to the ultrasonic cross-correlation technology with flow profile detection and the use of up to three v-sensors, the portable measuring system offers the highest measuring accuracy. Accessories such as a calibrated pipe measuring section to force full fillings or suitable mounting material for sensors offer optimal conditions for perfect measurements.
The modern operation via web browser in connection with tablets, smartphones, etc. is intuitive and enables quick commissioning. A quick start wizard guides you through the most important parameter settings.
Flow Transmitter NivuFlow Mobile 600
The NivuFlow Mobile 600 was specially developed for long-term measurements in the field without an external power supply. Flow measurements for checking and verification are possible with the self-sufficient and portable measuring system without any problems, even in harsh environments. Downtimes of several weeks to several months significantly reduce the personnel costs for maintenance and reading out the data.
Flow Transmitter NivuFlow 7550
The NivuFlow 7550 is a hybrid measurement system and was specially developed for flow measurement in partially filled pipes, canals and surface water. Especially in difficult applications, the flow meter convinces with reliable measurement results due to the advantages of two measurement technologies.
Flow Transmitter NivuFlow 550
NivuFlow 550 offers extended diagnostic options and allows in-depth analysis of running processes on site. The software of the transmitter corresponds to the current requirements. Future-proof protocols and versatile options for communication and connection offer operators a wide range of options for integrating devices into higher-level systems such as SCADA or process control systems.
Flow Transmitter NivuFlow 650
The NivuFlow 650 measuring system conforms to ISO 6416, IEC 60041, and ISO 748 and was specially developed for flow measurement in partially and fully filled pipes, canals, and surface water. In order to meet the accuracy requirements, the transmitters can be equipped with up to 4 measuring paths. Up to 32 measuring paths can be connected via an extension module.
The wide range of transit time sensors allows the integration of the measuring system into almost any process configuration. The system is suitable for recording the flow rates of a wide variety of liquid media in a wide range of applications. The compact system can be easily and space-savingly installed in control cabinets thanks to top-hat rail mounting. Furthermore, the NivuFlow 650 is available with special, protected field housing for use under harsh environmental conditions.

The NivuCompact is an ultrasonic compact echo sounder for non-contact distance, level, empty space, and volume measurement. It can be used wherever a simple non-contact measurement is needed. The NivuCompact is particularly suitable for battery-operated logger operation due to its very fast start time of 4 seconds until the measured value is output.
The sensor is ideal for difficult operating conditions due to its high sensor performance, narrow beam angle, and digital echo processing. The built-in display and integrated keyboard make programming extremely easy. The NivuCompact was implemented as a 2- or 3-wire variant in one device.
