The Advantage drill line utilizes completely electronic spindle motion. This combined with Peddinghaus’ renowned build quality and mechanical design provide the ultimate combination of agility and strength. Powered by 13.5 HP (10 kW) spindle motors, this CNC beam drilling machine is outfitted with 3 drill spindles.
This powerful drilling technology allows for maximized operating time and drill hole quality.The SignoScript layout marking attachment eliminates human error in manual layout methods. Complete information is maintained throughout blasting, galvanizing and painting processes. An optional part stamping system maximizes part numbering efficiency. SignoMat technology stamps up to 36 characters or numbers at a rate of one character per second.
Peddinghaus’ Roller Feed Measurement system exceeds the industry standard for roller measurement technology. Maintaining accurate measurements without any hesitation in production is crucial. Accuracy is not compromised even despite deviations in material.
The Advantage employs a series of support clamps in order to achieve optimum rigidity of the workpiece through the machine. Tool life is best sustained with the least amount of vibration possible. Peddinghaus engineers pioneered a system that instantaneously senses material break-through notifying the machine of the moment a hole is completed and immediately advancing to the next hole in a pattern. Break-through detection technology is designed to increase the amount of time that your drill is actually drilling material.

Developed by Peddinghaus, Raptor 3D CAD/CAM Software takes CNC innovation further by enabling users to program faster and more accurately. Inspect, modify and export part information directly within the 3D platform. This coupled with Peddinghaus CNC technology means maximum capacity for fabricators.
The Roller Feed drive and measurement system from Peddinghaus has been redesigned to improve accuracy even greater than before. By positioning two encoders on the machine, steel can pass through piece after piece with no stop in production. This innovative patented Roller Feed is designed to flex with the material in order to ensure a constant roll and an accurate measurement given deviations in material, maximizing contact with long parts.
Three punch stations per hydraulic press allow the machine to apply up to three different hole shapes/sizes per leg. A new and improved punch tool design allows for quicker and easier tool changes. This angle line can accommodate shaped holes such as squares, rectangles, obrounds and slots, including a feature that allows nibbling of material for cutting large notches out of angle or flat bar.
The Anglemaster-663 uses a single cut 320 ton shear press for the cutting to length angle and flat stock. A single cut shear mechanism eliminates the slug created by double cut shear mechanisms. The SignoScript layout marking attachment eliminates human error in manual layout methods. Complete information is maintained throughout blasting, galvanizing and painting processes.
The SignoMat part stamping unit stamps at an unmatched 1 character per second with a depth of 1/32″ (.8 mm) and a total height of 1/2″ (12 mm). The unit holds up to 36 characters for complete part marking ability. Equipped with the Peddinghaus Roller Feed measurement system, the Anglemaster-663 maximizes contact with the material at all times. This Roller Feed technology ensures a constant roll and an accurate measurement given deviations in material.
The lubrication system on the Anglemaster-663 angle line extends to the shear, now allowing for longer shear life. Overall angle production and tool life is enhanced with the Minimum Quantity Lubrication (MQL) system. The infeed and outfeed material handling system, designed for continuous production, keeps the operator safe at all times. As drag chain conveyors move material to the infeed conveyors, power material advance initiates steel into the machine. Once sheared, drive rollers advance the finished parts to the unloading zone.

What makes the Ring of Fire perfect for fabricators is it’s advanced 360º approach to cutting sections. This machine not only acts as a superior coping machine, but it can take the place of a drill line, band saw and angle line. With the additional marking on 4 sides of the profile, the Ring of Fire becomes a true powerhouse.
The Ring of Fire is a true one-stop-shop machine capable of processing all structural shapes. With the ability to process plate, flat stock, square tubing, angle, beams and channel, the Ring of Fire can go from fabricating columns and floor beams straight to clip angles and other detail parts in a single pass.
Peddinghaus has shaped today’s ironworker standard with a minimal footprint, versatile function, universal design and powerful punching technology. The PeddiWorker hydraulic ironworker machine meets the needs of fabrication shop detail work, both large and small.
With the 100 ton hydraulic press, the PeddiWorker is easily able to punch and shear heavier steel. Perfect for miscellaneous projects with angle, flat, square or round bar stock. As for all Peddinghaus machines, this ironworker follows suit by withstanding the test of time. Where it all started, is not an uncommon sight to see a Peddinghaus steelworker from the early 1900s still in operation within a fabrication shop. No ironworker boasts the track record of durability as Peddinghaus does.
Perfect for mass production, the length stop feature on the PeddiWorker diminishes guesswork for a constant operator feed. Additional notching and bending tools add even more versatility to this hydraulic ironworker machine. The notching end includes a worktable with guide rails for more convenient work.
