The 4006 is a conventional control unit that’s ideal for facilities that require five to ten initiating device circuits and four notification appliance circuits. It includes a built-in DACT for easy connection to central station monitoring, a 2×20 character display, and a multi-function keypad.

- Automatic Programming:In start-up mode the 4006 can automatically find all connected devices and incorporate them in a general alarm program, reducing installation time and labor.
- Flexible programming:The 4006 can be programmed from either the front panel keypad or a service PC.
- Voice Compatible: When paired with a Simplex 4003EC voice control panel, the 4006 can become part of a facility wide emergency communications or mass notification system.
