Werma Vario SIGN Innovative Signal Tower is the electronic modularity of the individual signal stages, replacing the mechanical modularity familiar from previous signal towers. Depending on the variant, a stage-by-stage or complete, attention-grabbing illumination of the lighting body is possible. The lighting configuration is visible from one or both sides as required.
Design and Appearance of Werma Vario SIGN Innovative Signal Tower
- Discrete Charm: Features a modern, innovative, and unobtrusive design language.
- Translucent Housing: When no signal is active, the LED tower blends into the background with its colorless, translucent housing, avoiding distraction from the machine’s design.
- Eye-Catching Illumination: Only in the event of an active signal does the tower become “imbued” with color, making its presence known with a large, attention-grabbing illuminated surface.
LED Variants (3 Options)
The new VarioSIGN is available in three different versions:
- Variant 1 (Permanent Light): Features permanent light and a preset, three-stage color distribution in red, yellow, and green.
- Variant 2 (User-Adjustable Color):
- The three individual stages can be set by the user in red, yellow, and green.
- The entire lighting body can be illuminated in one color (can be triggered externally).
- Variant 3 (Complete Flexibility – RGB-LEDs):
- Guarantees complete flexibility thanks to the use of RGB-LEDs.
- In addition to permanent light, additional lighting effects (EVS-LED or flashing light) can be set.
- The entire lighting body or the 3 individual stages can be illuminated in seven different colors (red, yellow, green, blue, clear, violet, turquoise).
Lighting Configuration and Mounting
- Modifiable Lighting Configuration: Colors and lighting configurations (depending on the variant) can be individually set and changed at any time via a DIP switch.
- Flexible Mounting Position: The lighting body can be positioned to point upwards, downwards, or horizontally, guaranteeing optimum signal visibility in every application.
Additional Features (Optional)
- Audible Signal (Buzzer): Available in combination with an optional, loud, integrated buzzer to amplify the optical signal.
- Sound Output: This combination generates a sound output of more than dB, ensuring a maximum attention-grabbing effect.
