Description

ONICON D-1200 series displays are modular flow display centers that convert ONICON insertion and inline flow meters into complete flow monitoring stations. The wall-mounted modules display the current flow rate and total and provide a low voltage DC power source capable of powering most ONICON inline and insertion flow meters.

The versatile display module can be located close to the flow meter or up to several hundred feet away. Using the
flow meter with the display module will also allow you to support other remote devices such as BTU meters, building
control systems, and data acquisition systems.

ONICON D-1200 Multi displays are modular multi flow meter display centers the combine multiple ONICON insertion and inline flow meters into one complete flow monitoring station. The steel, wall mounted module displays the current flow rate and/or total for each meter. Standard D-1200 Multi displays operate from mains power and each includes a low voltage DC power supply capable of powering most ONICON inline or insertion flow meters.

FLOW METER MODELS SUPPORTED

OPERATING THE DISPLAY MODULE

• When power is applied to the display module, the power on LED will light and the blackbLCD display segments will illuminate. The display(s) will indicate flow data if the flow meter(s) is connected and there is flow in the pipe.
• The letter “R” will precede the displayed value when the display is indicating a flow rate such as GPM. Values shown without “R” preceding the number are totals.
• For displays configured to indicate both rate and total, use the SEL button to toggle the display between rate and total values.
• Engineering units and multipliers are shown immediately below the display as shown above. Multiply the current reading by the multiplier to determine the correct rate and/or total.
• The RST button, if enabled, will reset accumulated totals to zero when pressed. ONICON display modules are shipped with the RST button disabled. Contact ONICON if you wish to enable this function. The display will indicate “Cnt OVEr” when the total exceeds the maximum count
