Minisonic II (Portable)

Ultraflux reinvents the Minisonic P, a portable ultrasonic flowmeter based on the “transit time” principle. This field device is used to measure the flow of water of variable quality, of various petroleum products, or of fluids resulting from processes in the food or chemical industry. Thanks to specific and efficient signal processing, this portable flowmeter offers high-performance measurement capabilities by adapting to the conditions of each site.
Through the new Minisonic II Portable, you will find the ease of use of its predecessor, with improved performance:
- A highly readable OLED screen
- A visualization of the diagnostic aid sound echo
- A data logger allowing you to index your recordings
- Data download via a simple USB connection
- Autonomy >70 hours continuously
UF 801 P (Portable)
This portable ultrasonic flow meter will allow you to perform flow measurements, with complete peace of mind, during maintenance operations, on different types of pipes (regardless of the diameters of the pipes and their thickness). A true field device, with its compact format, the Uf 801 P is THE ideal portable flowmeter for your diagnostics and checks thanks to its external probes and its long battery life (up to two months in sequential mode).
Versatile, it allows precise measurement on any type of homogeneous liquid flow, even non-conductive, and on the majority of gaseous fluids (medium and high pressure). In addition, it is quick and easy to install and configure thanks to its 7-key keyboard and its digital and graphic display. User-friendly and ergonomic, it is handled intuitively.

Minisonic II
The Minisonic II ultrasonic flowmeter is the worthy successor of the Minisonic 2000. Its new electronics are more efficient, it allows liquid flow rates to be measured with very high precision and repeatability. The measurement signal is more precise and its processing more efficient.

Uf 821
The Uf 821 flowmeter is used to measure the flow of liquids on pipes with a diameter of up to 10,000 mm. Configurable via USB port, it is available in single or multi-conductor versions and can integrate up to 4 measurement chords. It has an LCD graphic screen and measurement validation indicators. With a multivariable data logger and a mathematical function generator, it is also possible to add optional input/output modules (analog, digital, temperature, etc.). The Uf 821 takes into account the different flow regimes by calculating the Reynolds number.

Uf 821 CO/RV
This latest-generation ultrasonic flowmeter is equipped with a graphic screen and benefits from advanced functions (mathematical function generator, multivariable data logger, degraded mode by height/velocity law, measurement validation indicators, possible integration of an external rope…). Complete and safe, the Uf 821 CO and the Uf 821 RV are based on a calculation method according to the ISO 6416 standard and a section cut in 20 height/width & 20 left/right points.

Uf 831 CO/RV
The Uf 831 CO and Uf 831 RV flowmeters have been designed for flow measurement on free surface flows. High-performance, they can integrate up to 8 speed ropes and take into account 4 water height measurements. Versatile, the multi-channel version makes it possible to perform up to 8 measurement points on 8 different outfalls with a single device and to integrate up to 10 Input/Output modules (analog, digital, etc.).
In addition, these devices are equipped with a graphic screen and benefit from advanced functionalities (mathematical function generator, multivariable data logger, degraded mode by height/velocity law, and possibility of integrating a virtual chord).

Minisonic G
Ultraflux’s Minisonic G ultrasonic flowmeter measures medium and high-pressure gas flow taking into account the different flow regimes and without creating interference. This device is able to adapt to large variations in flow rates without affecting pressure drops. In addition, the Minisonic G flowmeter is insensitive to dust and erosion, and is precise without requiring frequent recalibrations while giving all the instantaneous information, cumulative, minimum, maximum, etc. that govern gas sales contracts.

Minisonic 2000 Explosion Proof

Minisonic 2000 Explosion Proof. This ultrasonic flowmeter consists of a very resistant cast iron casing that protects and isolates all the elements of the converter from the outside (screen, buttons, electronic components, and circuits, etc.). This box certified for use in explosive areas will be coupled with at least one pair of probes (also ATEX certified if necessary).
Minisonic PSD
The Minisonic PSD sphere detector offers reliable detection even in the case of adjoining spheres. This device is used to control the shipments and receipts of physical separators for petroleum products or internal cleaning scrapers for hydrocarbon pipes. This detector can be placed without blocking the flow, therefore without hindering the passage of the spheres/scrapers, and removed under load for verification without interrupting the transport.

Minisonic ISD

This interface and sphere detector allows the early detection of any change in the nature of fluid as well as any passage of spheres (product separators) or scrapers (maintenance operators) in a pipeline. This device, endowed with great sensitivity and precision, offers you reliable results and detects the passage of elements even at high speed. Coupled with external probes, this detector constitutes an efficient, static, wear-free and maintenance-free system.
