The ShoreVAP wastewater evaporator has been engineered to efficiently evaporate the water content from many non-combustible wastewater sources. A power exhaust system releases moisture into the air, leaving only a small residue requiring disposal.

This massive reduction in the volume of liquids requiring disposal not only slashes disposal costs, but also economizes by reducing storage area requirements, labor and time for handling, and frequency of disposals. All ShoreVAP water evaporators have been designed to operate simply and efficiently, and are constructed of quality materials and equipment to assure trouble-free operation and long-life service, as demonstrated by the thousands of systems in service. Installation is easy.

The ShoreVAP is available in gas or electric-heated models. Call us for our water evaporation energy calculation sheet. Evaporation rates range from 5 to 40 gallons per hour. An optional Auto Fill System automates the process and allows for 24 hour operation.

The ShoreVAP is a natural gas or propane heated waste water evaporator, available in mild steel or #316L Stainless Steel (tank, floor, lid, covers, and stack are 316L SS).

Installation is easy consisting of only a 120V electrical hookup, installation of vent stack, and a 3/4” standard pressure gas line. After an initial heat up time of approximately one hour, the ShoreVAP will evaporate 12-55 gallons per hour of waste water. (in batch mode) and automatically shut itself down via a low level control when it starts to run out of water to evaporate. With redundant high temp shutoffs the unit is double protected for over temp conditions.

When the evaporation cycles are completed the waste material (from several loads?) can either be drained or vacuumed out of the unit through the removable top lid, with a wet/ dry vacuum or pump, or, if it is a solid material, scooped out or drained or pumped out thru the 2” FNPT outlet, The “U” shape burner tube is located around the perimeter of the process tank allowing access between the tubes. The ShoreVAP water evaporator will automatically shut itself down via a low level control. A secondary high temperature shutoff is also provided.
