Wenglor CP24MHT80 Sensor High Precision

Using Wenglor CP24MHT80 measurement and a high-resolution CMOS line and DSP technology, the Wenglor CP24MHT80 Sensor High Precision measures distance. This essentially eliminates measuring variations relating to material, colour, and brightness. The integrated analogue output can be set to either 4…20 mA (20…4 mA) or 0…10 V (10…0 V) in voltage.

Applications

Production Monitoring of Parquet Tongues and Grooves via High-Precision Laser Distance Sensor with Analog Output

It is crucial to make sure that the tongue is firmly pressed into the parquet’s groove when producing parquet flooring with tongues. High-precision laser distance sensors are used to properly monitor this. Perfect for the wood sector: Additionally, the sensors are dependable even when there are flying chips and soiling. An analogue output on the sensor is used to detect the corresponding distance to the background because different parquet heights are created on a single device. With their analogue output, the sensors detect the distance to the parquet, the tongue and groove, and the conveyor belt, among other pertinent heights.

High-Precision Laser Distance Sensors

Colour, shape, and object surface have no bearing on the measurement made by high-precision laser distance sensors, which operate on the concept of angle measurement. They can be used at extremely high resolutions or speeds, depending on the settings. Within the working range of the sensor, each measurement range can be chosen separately.
