Overview

Type 304 and 316L stainless steel with a brushed finish are the materials that Adalet offers for its NEMA Type 4X enclosures. Continuously welded seams are smoothed out throughout the enclosure. Four 10-32 weld nuts are also included (for mounting optional panels). The inside of the box and door have grounding studs. The top and bottom exterior are welded with wall mounting back brackets. The JN4XHSS cover is fastened to the enclosure with a continuous stainless steel piano hinge on one side and stainless steel door clamping hardware on three sides. It is sealed with a closed cell silicone foam in place gasket. The cover and body are free of holes and knockouts. Included is a hardware kit.

Adalet JN4X Series JIC Enclosures

Industrial-grade JIC enclosures from the Adalet JN4X Series are made to protect electrical and electronic equipment in challenging conditions. Sensitive equipment is protected from dust, moisture, and physical harm by these enclosures, which are constructed to JIC (Joint Industrial Council) standards and composed of sturdy materials like carbon steel or stainless steel. Usually rated IP66 or above, the JN4X Series provides strong ingress protection, making them dust-tight and resistant to strong water jets.
