GPE 21550 Heavy Duty Pneumatic Edge Guide Sensor

The Model 21550 Dynaguide Sensor detects edge position pneumatically and transmits this information to a Dynaguide pneumatic-hydraulic controller which uses this information to determine the rate of correction required to maintain the edge at the desired reference position. Recovery pressure is proportional to the material position.

GPE 31560 Photoelectric Textile Sensor

The Model 31560 Edge Guide Sensor is designed primarily for use on pin and clip tenter frames. The sensor detects the edge of the material and transmits an electrical signal to the Dynaguide* Electrohydraulic Controller. The hydraulic controller in turn actuates the hydraulic cylinder positioning the center rail.

GPE 31570 6-Inch Photojet Edge Guide Sensor

The Model 31570 Dynaguide Centerguide Sensor includes two 6-inch Photojet center guide sensors. These sensing heads consist of a light source and photo-conductive cells. The light source is a 6-watt tubular fluorescent lamp that operates on 115 volts AC, 50/60 Hz.

GPE 31551 Heavy Duty Edge Guide Sensor

The Model 31551 Heavy Duty Edge Guide Sensoris specifically designed for heavy-duty strip guiding applications, where maximum versatility is required. The sensor consists of two sturdy cast steel housings that are mounted separately, providing greater installation flexibility. One housing contains the photocell and is available in two options, either photoresistive (cadmium sulfide) or photovoltaic (silicon solar cell). The other housing contains the light source.

GPE 31611 Capacitance Center Sensor

The Model 31611 Capacitance Sensoris designed for intermediate center guide applications where large width variations are encountered and accuracy requirements are not critical. This unique sensor will operate in clouded, dirty, and high-temperature environments, where photoelectric sensors normally cannot be used. It requires little or no maintenance.

GPE 31850 LED Edge Guide Sensor

The Model 31850 LED Edge Guide Sensors are specifically designed for strip guiding applications where maximum versatility is required. The sensor is available in the standard gap (10′ maximum) or wide gap (20′ maximum) housing configurations for any application. Either housing configuration is extremely durable. Both sensors consist of two separate housings that contain the light source and the detector respectively.
