CONTINUOUS AND SAFE TRANSMISSION
This device operates in continuous transmission between the transmitting and receiving units. The radio link is made of digital communication frames that are monitored by algorithms at the reception. This guarantee an absolute correspondence between the commands sent by the operator and the received commands. When the radio link is too disturbed or interrupted the receiver unit will autonomously turn into Stop mode bringing the machine to a safe status.
INTRINSIC SELF CONTROL
Our Radio controllers are based on designing and manufacturing concepts aiming to guarantee safety and reliability. For example, the CPU features dual microprocessors in cross checking, STOP circuit is made of monitored double safety relays, S-STOP relay is available for the reduction of motion command failure risk, error and failure test are performed at each transmitter and receiver powering.

Your hydraulic crane has only manual levers? IMET has the right solution for you in order to render your job simpler, safe and efficient: HYDRA SYSTEM.
It is a system made of compact electro-hydraulic actuators, that works in combination with our radiocontrollers, to be installed without any welding on the crane rods and without modifying the crane own oil circuit. One of the main characteristics of IMET HYDRA SYSTEM is the full independency of its hydraulic circuit from the crane’s one thanks to the use of a dedicated power pack.
This strategy avoids all troubles deriving from oil sharing where crane fluid characteristics can be inappropriate for the actuators because of spurious parts generated by heavy working conditions.
HYDRA SYSTEM also features strong points for its power pack like activation “on demand” and motor “soft start”. All this contribute to battery saving and pump life enhancement.
MODULAR IS BETTER!
In IMET receivers, the manufacturing principles are based on modularity and flexibility concepts in order to keep ease of customization at the maximum level. Furthermore the availability of different housing formats facilitates installation and maintenance along with cost and time reduction.
IMET range of receivers counts on four models with dedicated connection wiring set according to the application complexity. S, L and H models feature IP66 housings while model M, for DIN rail mounting, is ideal for being installed inside the machine control box.
The available electrical connections lay outs are: cable clamp, on-box multipole connector or external wiring with cable ended on multipole connector.
