Featuring industry-leading pulsed-DC technology with built-in field polarity sensing and adaptive ionization. XIFOS intelligence significantly increases the neutralization power of the bar by optimizing the output to remove the static charge.

Adaptive Intelligence—XIFOS 33 uses software algorithms to control all of the operating parameters of the bar. Duty cycle, frequency, dead time, HV level, and polarity are all precisely and intelligently controlled. XIFOS reacts to the actual polarity and charge level on the product to achieve the fastest possible neutralization.

Provides 33 kV of ionizing power from 24V DC input and a neutralization range of up to 60″. Perfect for long-range and wide-area applications. The power of the XIFOS 33 static eliminator bar makes it ideally suited to manufacturers and end users of large winding machinery, such as slitter/rewinders, cast film extruders, blown film extruders, and laminators. The XIFOS 33 features simple tool-free, on-bar adjustment for process optimization. And bi-color LED lights indicating operation status and cleaning alert.

4800 DC Ionized Air Nozzle

The 4800 DC Ionized Air Nozzle sets new standards in industrial static control technology with its powerful performance, the advantages of integrated advanced electronics, a compact body, and powered by 24V DC. The 4800 DC is the most powerful ionized air nozzle available in both ionization performance and cleaning capability.

Ionization produced by the powerful 3024 Ultra Compact static eliminator is transported by the compressed air flowing from the nozzle. The flat nozzle produces intense airflow which transports the ionized air at high speed for optimal cleaning and blow-off capability. The ionized air then neutralizes the static charge allowing the air to remove the contaminant or to separate sheets.

High cleaning thrust is achieved at lower air pressure, reducing air consumption and noise. Optimal cleaning distance for maximum thrust is 2-4″. The 4800 features fully encapsulated electronics for protection and reliability, tungsten emitters for long life, and an integrated 24V DC power supply. Operational and cleaning status are indicated by LED on the unit. Remote monitoring also available.

The 4800 DC combines advanced electronic static elimination with a powerful air nozzle, all in a compact system. Highly effective for cleaning and static neutralization applications including robot arms, high speed processing, sheet separation, labeling, and confined spaces.

Anti-Static Copper Tinsel

Proven through decades of success to be the most effective low cost, low maintenance passive static electricity eliminator available! TAKK tinsel is of high quality 100% copper construction. The core is made of copper wire to ensure positive grounding and strength. Fine, sharply pointed copper strands provide greater static elimination. The highly conductive strands are interspersed to maximize effectiveness, but are not so dense as to make it easy to collect dust and particles.

Anti-Static Copper Tinsel

Tinsel resists breakage, matting and shedding. It is a self-energizing, induction type (no power needed) static eliminator which does not spark or cause sparks, and can be used in hazardous conditions.

Effectiveness increases as static increases. Available in standard box of two 1.25 inch diameter x 72 foot lengths or 504 foot bulk spools. Also custom lengths and assemblies are available.

Typical applications for TAKK Anti-Static Tinsel include Printing, Textile, Converting, Plastics and anywhere there are moving webs and conveyors. Special applications include Office Machines, Fitness Equipment, Ticket Dispensers.

The EX715 handheld LCD static meter enables you to investigate and scientifically analyze static problems in hazardous area , showing where and how the static is generated, plus its magnitude and polarity.

Also facilitates the most effective positioning of static control equipment and enables you to monitor equipment performance. Accuracy, stability, ease of use and quick response make it an ideal instrument for operational personnel. This meter quickly registers negative and positive static electricity charges of up to 200,000 Volts on surfaces at a recommended distance of 4″.

Manufactured to all applicable CE Standards. Certified for use in hazardous area Zones 1 and 2. Can be used in Group IIA and IIB Gas subdivisions. Safe for use across all industries including applications which use solvents, explosives or other materials with a low minimum ignition energy level, where static can create the additional hazard of fire and explosive risks.
