Hetronic was established as Heckl Electronics and in the same year produced its first radio remote, the GR. Hetronic continues to meet its commitments to industrial process control equipment operators through technology advancements in hardware and software and expand into new markets worldwide. New wireless Radio Remote Control solutions have been introduced into new markets. These include Drones, UAV & UGV, Railway (Remote Control Locomotive), Marine, Military, and Mobile Hydraulics.

In addition, Hetronic has expanded its design capability and is integrating innovative RF, Display, Video Feedback, and Sensor technologies into our products to meet the safety and performance requirements of our customers. MFSHL Series

Hetronic offers a selection of exclusive Multiple-Frequency Sharing H-Link (MFSHL) technology short-range transmitters. These include the POCKET MFSHL series, the ERGO MFSHL series, and the HH MFSHL series. Hetronic-exclusive MFSHL technology has been developed for automatic frequency management and user configuration of control settings.

The MFS technology enables up to 20 transmitters to be operated in close proximity while sharing the same frequency, thus greatly improving flexibility, efficiency and productivity. The MFSHL range of products was specifically engineered and designed to control a limited number of digital functions without sacrificing safety and reliability.

Handheld One-hand Button Style

Hetronic offers a complete line of one-hand push button style transmitters that will control a wide variety of industrial equipment and machinery. From simple to more complex operations, the ERGO Series, MINI Series, and TG transmitters provide customers with economical and highly reliable process control solutions. Each Handheld transmitter is designed and built inside an IP65-rated housing that provides rugged protection in virtually any operating condition, whether it’s for outdoor or indoor use.

ERGO Series transmitters are world-class wireless handheld push-button remotes. Most variants incorporate an integrated display and user programming. MINI Series transmitters are small but powerful, designed for markets that require a limited number of digital functions. TG transmitters are designed with the familiar pendant-control look and feel, are lightweight with dual-speed push buttons, and fit perfectly in steel mills and construction sites.

Pistol Grip

The Hand Held series is a lightweight yet rugged pistol grip transmitter. The HH series competitively priced transmitters are designed for applications where a limited number of digital functions are required without sacrificing safety or reliability. The pistol grip transmitter’s design allows to be within easy reach of the thumb and assures a single-handed safe operation of a wide range of equipment.

We offer several standard “off-the-shelf” options which feature either single / dual-speed membrane switches, durable toggle switches, optional proportional (gray code) trigger switches, and optional 120×32 pixel LCD display capable of operating in rugged environments. HH series transmitters can also be tailored to meet your application’s needs. Chain hoists, small overhead cranes, conveyor systems, tow trucks, monorails, tailgates, and concrete mixers are amongst a vast array of applications that the HH series pistol grip transmitters operate efficiently and safely.

Belly Box Series

Hetronic NOVA and GL series belly box wireless radio remote transmitters are ergonomically designed to provide a high level of functional safety for operators of industrial hydraulic, electric, and pneumatically controlled equipment in rugged environments. NOVA and GL series belly box transmitters are carried by the operator either attached to their waist with an adjustable belly belt or held in two hands, promoting operator safety and without operator fatigue whilst improving efficiency and productivity.

NOVA and GL series Hetronic belly box transmitters operate equipment ranging from simple to complex and offer a wide range of multi-function controls. They are either available as standard pre-engineered “off-the-shelf” for common applications or can be custom tailored and configured to a specific control depending on your requirements including Intrinsically Safe Ex (Explosion Proof) hazardous applications.

Alternatively, the GR and EURO Hetronic transmitters are specifically designed for rugged environment applications where complex, multi-function control is required to safely complete the job. Both GR and EURO transmitters offer a large control panel and allow plenty of space for a variety of easy-to-use controls, while the lightweight design and ergonomic shoulder harness permit a smooth and safe operation of the machine reducing operator fatigue.

H-TOUCH Series

The H-TOUCH Mobile Equipment monitoring device provides operators with the ability to monitor auxiliary equipment or gather analytical data on vehicle operational status with the touch of a finger on the fast response 8″ TFT Color LED back-lit, sunlight readable touch screen. With a highly configurable Graphical User Interface (GUI), it can be customized to meet your operational needs and improve job safety, performance and efficiency.

Possible connections include USB, HDMI, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and SDIO cards, while optional video feedback capability is available by integrating cameras onto the vehicle that provides additional safety in the work area. The standard operating frequency is 2.4Ghz with other possible operating frequencies also available. The H-TOUCH is designed to be hard-wired into virtually any vehicle or mobile equipment.
