Versamatic’1/4″ (6mm) AODD PUMP
Versamatic’s ¼” (6mm) air-operated double-diaphragm (AODD) pumps were engineered with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) in mind and provide tremendous system flexibility. The ¼” is one of the quietest and most compact AODD pumps in its class.
The ¼” (6mm) AODD pump features multiple porting position options with male and female threaded connections. This pump is available in conductive options for explosive or flammable environments.
Available in Polypropylene, PVDF (Kynar ®), and conductive Acetal (ATEX Compliant). Conductive Acetal units can be grounded for pumping volatile mediums. ¼” AODD pumps are available with a variety of accessories to enhance pump performance, and are can incorporate multiple diaphragm material options.

Versamatic’s ?” (10mm) air-operated double-diaphragm (AODD) pumps can dispense up to 7 gpm (26 lpm), delivering best-in-class performance. Available in polypropylene and PVDF (Kynar®) wetted materials of construction, the ?” AODD pump offers tremendous versatility and can be mounted upright, sideways and even inverted to adapt to your application.
Small yet powerful, Versamatic’s ?” (10mm) bolted plastic air-operated double-diaphragm (AODD) pump can pump up to 6.8 gpm (26 lpm). Featuring a patented air valve system, count on this AODD pump to provide non-stalling, non-icing, lube-free operation. The ?” pump can be mounted upright, sideways and even inverted to adapt to your application. The manifolds rotate 90?, so you can adjust your porting orientation.

There are two main styles of diaphragm pump service kits: air and wet end. Each kit includes all required parts, detailed descriptions and instructions. Diaphragms
