APG HU-2202 Hammer Union Pressure Transmitter uses piezoresistive principles to monitor pressure on a diaphragm. The real difference is how it’s constructed to handle the shock, vibration, weather, and rough handling that prevails on a drilling or production rig. The Hammer Union Pressure Transmitter is designed for the rugged environments of land-based and offshore drilling installations including Mud Logging and Measurement while drilling.
