The Philmac range of Australian-made rural tapping saddles provides the perfect solution to the problem of making an offtake from rural poly pipe. Installation could not be easier with only one pair of bolts needing to be tightened. The saddle is also specifically designed to ensure that the bolts are held in place when being tightened. Philmac Rural saddles are manufactured from tough, impact-resistant polypropylene to provide a long trouble-free service life.
Benefits of Rural Tapping Saddle:
- Tougher than ever.
Philmac’s new rural saddle is made from tough, impact-resistant polypropylene for extra durability and longer service life under harsh conditions. - Bolts are Best.
The saddles still incorporate only one pair of bolts, a design proven through years of trouble-free performance. And now, the bolts are held firmly in position during installation. No frustration, just quick and easy assembly. - Sealing Power.
A special rubber sealing ring fits easily into the body of the saddle and provides high tolerance to variations in pipe size or out-of-round pipe. - Largest Aus-Made Range.
With a newly introduced size, Philmac saddles can now be used on a 1″ rural pipe. This makes them the largest range of rural saddles made in Australia. - No twists.
Philmac’s anti-twist design resists rotation on the pipe – even when a riser is fitted. - Stainless option.
For use under extreme conditions, a stainless steel nut and bolt option is available as an accessory.
