Knick Elektronische Messgeräte­ GmbH & Co. KG have been developing, producing and selling high-quality products and services, with a focus on interface technology and process analytic for 75 years. Knick PH sensor Product

For measuring pH values in process applications, we offer numerous designs, e.g. also glas and glas-free ISFET sensors. The digital pH measurement is carried out using the Memosens technology, which enables preventive diagnostics for sensor health.

Knick  PH sensors are available with explosion protection, different sensor lengths and a wide range of connection possibilities. They are suitable for a large selection of Knick fittings, such as SensoGate and Ceramat as well as inline, flow-through and immersion fittings.

SE 515 pH Sensor

Reasonably priced sensor for water and wastewater treatment

Thanks to its ground-glass sleeve junction even applicable in heavily contaminated media. Designed for MemoRail applications. High stability and a long life cycle are achieved by the special design. Through a ground-glass sleeve junction the reference system is in direct contact with the measured medium. There is hardly any risk of contamination or blocking of the junction. Measurement is possible even at low temperatures thanks to a special low-impedance glass.

SE 554 pH Sensor

Low-maintenance sensor for demanding pH measurement in the chemical industry. Digital pH measuring with Memosens-Technology.

High accuracy, stability, rapidness, and a long life cycle are achieved by the special design. Through 2 open junctions, the reference system is in direct contact with the measured medium. There is hardly any risk of contamination or blocking of the junction. The high content and special distribution of potassium chloride in the polymer reduces measurement disturbances which could be caused by liquid junction potentials.

SE 555 pH Sensor

Digital, sterilizable pH sensor providing high reliability and precision.

The digital pH/ORP sensor SE555X/*-AMSN has a special pH glass with high impedance for high-temperature applications and low alkali error as well as a platinum disk as ORP measuring element. The special pH glass enables a very fast and stable response and makes the sensor CIPand SIP-capable, even in the harshest of environments.

The gel electrolyte of the reference electrode is pressurized and longterm stable. The silver ion trap prevents silver sulfide precipitation and junction fouling in media containing sulfides. This makes the sensor ideal for routine applications in food processing and biotechnology. It is equally suited for continuous measurements in analytical chemistry.

SE 558 pH Sensor

For uncomplicated measurement in ultrapure water, water and analytical chemistry. Also digital, with Memosens technology.

Low-maintenance pH sensors with gel reference electrolyte. The SE 558 sensor has an integrated temperature detector to allow automatic temperature compensation of the pH signal during calibration and operation.

The SE 558 sensor is particularly suitable for use in media of very low conductivity. It provides 3 ceramic junctions and a KCl reservoir.

SE 559 pH Sensor

For uncomplicated measurement in water and analytical chemistry, digital, with Memosens technology.

The calibrated annular junction enables precise measurements in process media virtually without influence of flow.

The large contact surface of the junction minimizes problems caused by contamination. The sensor is ideal for processes for which liquid-electrolyte sensors should be used, but where maintenance is impossible for a longer period of time.

SE 571 pH Sensor

Low-maintenance sensor for demanding process applications in the chemical industry, digital, with Memosens technology.

The special design provides high accuracy, stability, speed, and a long life cycle. Through a PTFE ring junction, the reference system is in direct contact with the measured medium.

There is hardly any risk of contamination or blocking of the junction. A salt reservoir protects against leaching. A special cartridge reference element prevents poisoning of the reference system. Resistant to high
pressure.
