Contactors

Benedikt & Jäger contactors are engineered to operate under the toughest conditions including heat, cold, dust, sand, high humidity and shock. Our K3 Series compact and IEC style contactors offer maximum performance with a minimal footprint. With UL ratings from 5A to 1215A (covering up to 900 hp) and over 50 coil voltage options, B&J USA has a solution for your application.

Micro & Mini Contactors

When dealing with electrical panels and control boxes, real estate can be a premium. B&J USA’s micro and mini contactors (series K0 and K1) provide space saving designs without sacrifice to quality or performance. At just 33 x 33.5 x 35.5mm (or 1.3 x 1.32 x 1.4 in.), our micro contactors are among the smallest in the world. Also offered in reversing sets and for printed circuit boards, both our micro and mini contactors are a great option for applications with tight constraints.

Cam Switches [Telux]

Through BnJ “Telux” series, B&J USA offers endless possibilities for custom rotary cam switches. From simple On-Off and instrumentation switches, to complex multi-step programs, we can help build the perfect switch for your application. Additional switching programs include, but are not limited to, voltmeter & ammeter selector switches, changeover and bypass switches, gang switches and reversing switches.

AC Main & Disconnect Switches

Benedikt & Jäger offers a complete line of disconnect switches, with UL ratings from 20 to 200A, in our LTS series. DC Disconnect & Solar PV Switches

Benedikt & Jäger’s LS series DC disconnect switches for photovoltaic provide reliable switching up to 85A. With the first worldwide approval according to UL508i, utilization of knife action and arc extinguishing technology, and a patented double lock function, our DC disconnects are considered the best in the industry.

BnJ USA Electrical Control Overload Relays

Benedikt & Jäger’s full line of IEC style thermal overload relays provide motor overcurrent protection for a variety of applications. Capacitor Switching Contactors

Benedikt & Jäger is the industry leader in capacitor switching contactors. Pre-make contacts and resistors reduce current inrush during switching, thus providing less stress for both the contactor and the capacitor. They are suitable for both reactive and non-reactive capacitor banks, and do not create any performance losses as the resistors are switched out of the circuit during operation.

DC Switching Contactors

The typical application for DC switching contactors is fire protection in solar photovoltaic installations. In the unfortunate event of a fire, the ability to switch between the solar panels and the inverter (via an Emergency-Stop button) offers a valuable safety mechanism for fire fighters. In many cases, this protective measure is a requirement.

Manual Motor Starters

Benedikt & Jäger’s series MU25 manual motor starters offer an economical alternative for motor control and protection. Available with settings ranging from 0.1 to 32A.

Motor Protection Circuit Breakers

Benedikt & Jäger’s M4 series of motor protection circuit breakers help simplify the starting and protecting of 3-phase motors. With four functions built into one device, our circuit breakers offer significant cost saving opportunities when compared to more historical motor protection configurations. Available in both rotary (M4-32R) and toggle (M4-32T) style.

Lighting Contactors

“R” series modular contactors offer low noise and “hum free” operations in a space saving design. These contactors are most frequently used for lighting and heating applications.

Pushbuttons

B&J-USA offers a broad selection of pushbuttons, selector switches and signal lamps in both 22mm and 30mm. Variations include illuminated actuators, emergency stop buttons and monoblock LED’s, but the options are endless.
