Flomag Flow Measurement s.r.o. (Ltd.) is a leading Czech manufacturer of electromagnetic flow meters. Company was founded in the end of 1992 and during the next year the first electromagnetic flow meters with own construction were presented at the market.
Soon after that, our products established in different industries – water and waste water plants, sugar plants, chemical and food and stuff industry. Company has established and applies a quality system according to EN ISO9001:2016. Thanks to our own development department we can flexibly react to the customers’ requirements and to offer individual solution according to the actual necessity. Our own know-how and the efficient production warrants very favourable price which is practically unrivalled at the market. The high work-in-process warrants very short delivery terms.

Electromagnetic flow Transmitter FLOMAG® 3000
Magnetic flowmeter FLOMAG 3000 is a volume flow rate meter for conductive fluids in pipelines. It allows measurement of flow rates in both directions, with high accuracy and in wide range of flow rates (0,1 – 12 m/s). The microprocessor controlled transmitter offers a wide variety of binary, analogue and digital inputs and outputs suitable for all applications. Absence of moving parts and digital calibration ensures long-term accuracy and stability.

The main benefit of FLOMAG 3000 type series instruments is their versatility. As a standard, the flowmeter transmitter includes a power supply and basic circuits enabling its measuring functions. All other inputs, outputs and display units can be added as plug-in modules. Thus, the customer only pays for the function actually required. This design also permits various inputs and outputs according to the specific needs of the customer
Versions equipped with display and keyboard provides a wide variety of displayable operating data on a readable two-line display with large characters. Also all adjustable parameters can be comfortably changed during operation, using a four-key keyboard.
For communication with transmitter you can use protocols M-BUS, MODBUS-RTU, MODBUS-ASCII or HART. For remote reading you can choose GSM modem. Transmitter can be integral part of the sensor – compact version or it is connected with the sensor with a cable – remote version. The Transmitters has IP67, sensor up to IP68.

Electromagnetic Flanged Remote Flow Sensor P
Sensor of the electromagnetic flowmeter FLOMAG as flanged version. This version is the most used for general purposes. It is manufactured in dimensions from DN15 up to DN1200 for pressure rates from PN6 up to PN40. Lining is manufactured from soft rubber (MG), hard rubber (TG), special hard rubber (NG), PTFE (T).
Measuring electrodes are manufactured from stainless steel (Ss) AISI 316 Ti, Hastelloy C276 (Ha), Titanium (Ti), Platinum (Pt). The lining and the electrodes are chosen according to the chemical composition and the temperature of the measured medium. Please, consult the concrete materials with the manufacturer.

Electromagnetic Wafer Remote Flow Sensor B
Sensor of the electromagnetic flowmeter FLOMAG as wafer version. The sensor is mounted between flanges constricted by screw bolts. It is manufactured in dimensions from DN10 up to DN200 for pressure rates from PN6 up to PN25. Lining is manufactured from soft rubber (MG), hard rubber (TG), special hard rubber (NG), PTFE (T).

Electromagnetic Remote Flow Sensor V with Aseptic Thread
Sensor of the electromagnetic flowmeter FLOMAG with aseptic thread according to DIN 11851 used in food industry. Nut of the thread connection is on the sensor’s side. The male part with external thread for welding on the piping is a part of the delivery. That sensor is used for flow measurement of foodstuffs.
It is manufactured in dimensions from DN15 up to DN150 for pressure rates from PN6 up to PN25. Lining is manufactured from soft rubber (MG), hard rubber (TG), special hard rubber (NG) – used for potable water, PTFE (T). Measuring electrodes are manufactured from stainless steel (Ss), Hasteloy C276 (Ha), Platinum (Pt). Electromagnetic Sensor G with thread connections
Sensor of the electromagnetic flowmeter FLOMAG with thread connections according to DIN ISO 228/1 (CSN 01 4033). It is manufactured in dimensions from DN4 up to DN150 for pressure rates from PN6 up to PN25. Lining is manufactured from soft rubber (MG), hard rubber (TG), special hard rubber (NG), PTFE (T). For DN4 – DN8, by reason of design and construction, only PVDF liner is used.

Ultrasonic Level Sensor
ULS10 Ultrasonic level sensor
Ultrasonic level sensor is designed for level measurement of liquids in closed and open tanks and channels. It is used in potable and waste water plants, food and stuff industry, etc. The sensor generates ultrasonic waves to the surface of the measured liquid. The ultrasonic waves reflect from the liquid surface and go back to the sensor.
Microprocessor measures the time from the ultrasonic pulse generation to receipt of reflected pulse. Microprocessor realizes automatic temperature correction of the ultrasonic speed, control of the received echo signal, correction of the amplification and adaptation to the dynamics of the process. The level of the liquid is calculated for set basic distance L0.

The information for the measured distance/level is transmitted to the current output and serial interface RS485. Ultrasonic level sensor is designed for level measurement of liquids in closed and open tanks and channels. It is used in potable and waste water plants, food and stuff industry, etc. The sensor generates ultrasonic waves to the surface of the measured liquid. ULS01 Ultrasonic level switch
The switch is based on the difference of the ultrasonic signal passing through the air and the liquid, between two piezo elements. When the chink between the both piezo elements is not covered by the liquid, the ultrasonic signal damps out in the air and there is no any output signal. When the liquid level covers approximately 50% of the chink between the piezo elements, acoustic contact takes place and the output activates.
