Zebra Skimmers began in a garage in 1994 making high-quality low-cost machines for metalworking fluids filtration. Customers encouraged us to grow beyond the conventional marketplace. With their help, we created the gravity-separating disk skimmer and the Sidewinder tube skimmer.

Zebra Skimmers Type Proportioning Pump is a water-powered proportioner pump that can mix any coolant and pump almost any distance. When you need an accurate coolant proportion along with the ability to pump that fluid across your shop floor to the point of use, then you’re ready for the positive displacement proportional mixer capability of a Proportioning Pump. The coolant proportioning pump is a core component of the Dazzle™ 1 and Dazzle™ 2 systems.

Managing tramp oil is easier with any of our American-Made, American-Quality oil skimmers. Zebra Skimmers is one of the largest manufacturers of belt, tube and disk skimmers. Our products are simple, rugged, and reliable and made right here in Solon, OH.

Zebra Skimmers are unique product combinations and accessories with special pricing to get you up and running quickly skimming oil. The ZVA8-* Sidewinder Tube Oil Skimmer removes oil from the tightest places, even off the floor. It can snake around corners, enter through narrow slits, and be moved from machine to machine in a minute. It’s one of the best solutions for your tramp oil issue. Belt Skimmer Replacement Belts

Stainless Steel and Stainless Steel Type 301 replacement belts can be ordered below. They work on most belt oil skimmer models, including units manufactured by other vendors. Flat stainless steel replacement belts are for harsh environments. All replacement belts are available in standard and custom widths and fabricated to your required circumference.
