The Solinst Model 464 Electronic Pump Control Unit is an automated device designed to regulate the supply of compressed gas to pneumatic pumps, such as the Solinst Model 407 Bladder Pump and Model 408 Double Valve Pump. The unit ensures efficient and accurate groundwater sampling, especially in low flow applications and volatile organic compound (VOC) sampling.

The Solinst Model 464 Electronic Control Unit is used to set the pressure and regulate the supply of drive gas or compressed air that is required to operate Solinst Pneumatic Pumps. Drive (pressure) and vent periods are cycled to provide water flow from the groundwater sampling pumps.

Quick-connect fittings make it easy to attach the drive and supply lines to the Electronic Control Unit and pump setup.

The 464 Electronic Pump Control Unit has automatic preset sample modes from low through high flow settings. In addition, up to 99 user-created flow rates can be saved in FRAM memory. The Pump Control Unit allows faster purge rates and precise low flow control to ensure a representative sample at 100 ml/min or less when sampling for VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds).
