VPFlowScope M flow meter
With the VPFlowScope® M you are ready for the future. This next-generation flow meter is Industry 4.0/IOT ready. Next to 4 .. 20 mA and RS485 (Modbus RTU), it also has a built-in Ethernet (Modbus/TCP) interface, making it easy to connect directly to any network. It can be installed under pressure and measures (bi-directional) thermal mass flow, pressure, temperature and total flow simultaneously. Unlike traditional flow meters, the VPFlowScope M does not require traditional recalibration, where you have to ship the unit back. Instead, the VPFlowScope M consists of a Transmitter and the patented VPSensorCartridge® which reduces recalibration to a simple exchange. The VPFlowScope® M is a four-in-one bidirectional flow meter for compressed air, nitrogen, oxygen, helium, argon and other industrial gases. It measures bi-directional flow, pressure, temperature and totalized flow, simultaneously. The optional data logger has a 1-year automated retention policy.
VPFlowScope DP flow meter
The VPFlowScope® DP is the ultimate measurement tool for saturated compressed air flow measurements. The unique design enables you to take measurements in the discharge pipe of a compressor under 100% saturated conditions. You can combine the probe with two display module types or with a connector cap without display. The VPFlowScope® DP flow meter measures mass flow, temperature and pressure simultaneously and is optimized for hot, saturated compressed air measurements. The design of this differential pressure flow meter for wet air has a bright blue LCD display which provides real-time information of the dP measurement. In combination with the built-in data logger this enables you to make recordings for certain periods of time. In turn, you can use our VPStudio software to process this data and print reports for real-time measurements.
VPFlowScope In-line flow meter
With the VPFlowScope® In-line flow meter you have the perfect tool for measuring consumption of machines, cost allocation and pressure loss monitoring. The unique design makes this flow meter especially suited for smaller diameters. It is built for small pipes up to 2″.
The VPFlowScope® In-line flow meter is the ideal flow meter for point of use consumption measurement. It measures mass flow, temperature and pressure simultaneously and in both directions. It can be used as an in-line air flow meter or in-line gas flow meter. This in-line flow meter is perfect for smaller diameters where it produces all the data you need to optimize your compressed air and gas consumption. The VPFlowScope In-line flow meter offers different measurement units. It can be used as a CFM air flow meter or CFM gas flow meter. The other option is to use it as a m3/hr air flow meter or m3/hr gas flow meter. With the VPFlowScope® In-line flow meter you don’t only see your energy consumption, but you can also check the efficiency of your distribution network as well as your true savings potential. It provides all the necessary data to make the right decisions every day.
On the bright blue display you can see the real-time data but if you want more analyses, you can combine this instrument with the built-in data logger, which enables you to record for certain periods of time. When you install our VPStudio software on your PC, you are able to process data, print reports and make smart analyses to find out where and how you can save money in your organization.

With the VPFlowScope In-line 3/8”, you have the perfect tool to measure low flows of compressed air and oxygen at point of use. With the measurement insights, you can reduce your consumption, allocate costs, and optimize your compressed air/ oxygen system. With the patented Thermabridge™ technology, the VPFlowScope In-line 3/8” enables you to measure flow, total flow and temperature simultaneously. The built-in display shows the actual and total flow, and you can use the Modbus and analog 4..20 mA outputs to interface with VPVision or other monitoring systems. VP Dew Point Sensor
Prevent high maintenance costs by monitoring and maintaining the right dew point in your system. Too much water in your system can lead to e.g. forming of rust, freezing of valves, and even product loss when the moist content is too high for your coating or paint process. Stay in control of your dew point with the VP Dew Point Sensor. The VP Dew Point Sensor is the smart dew point transmitter with a large measurement range of -70..+60 ⁰C, so you can measure downstream a refrigerant type dryer as well as a desiccant-type dryer. The sensor has multiple outputs for easy connection to any management system. The alarm LED shows a critical dew point level right on the factory floor and the VP Dew Point Sensor has a built-in autocalibration for high accurate readings.
