Turbidity Controller TURBISWITCH GS4
The TURBISWITCH GS5 with one of its associated probes or cells, operates turbidity measurements for evaluation of the solid content of a liquid.
The turbidity signal is read out as a limit value (adjustable ) via the controller GS5. Turbidity measurement is based on the principle of optical attenuation of transmitted light, i.e. depends directly on the amount of undissolved solids in the liquid.
Pulse infrared light makes the measurement not affected by ambient light. If the measured turbidity value exceeds or below the trigger point value, the output relay in the TURBISWITCH GS5 is actuated following the settings.

Turbidity Measuring Cells TURBISWITCH GA 1 / GA 5 / GA 11
TURBISWITCH GA armatures are supplied with an emitter and a receiver, dedicated to turbidity detection. Emitters and receivers must be mounted on the specific armatures, to have a good beam alignment. With the help of its adjustable threshold, the TURBISWITCH GS4 controller gives you a warranty of good detection quality.
Armatures for turbidity control TURBISWITCH GA armatures can be mounted in-line as in by-pass with diameters from DN15 up to DN100.
Immersion Probe TURBISWITCH CP2
A complete system includes a CP2 probe connected to a TURBISWITCH GS4 controller. It provides a contact as soon as the turbidity reaches the preset value. The emitter sends the infrared light beam through the liquid to the receiver.
The signal variations due to the turbidity changes are analyzed by the TURBISWITCH GS4 to detect an override threshold and then to actuate the relay output. To avoid false alarms due to air bubbles or accidental excess of turbidity, delays are adjustable between 0.1 and 9.9 s on both increasing and decreasing turbidity.
Portable Sludge Level Measuring Instrument MUDLine® TGS
Portable sludge level measuring instrument. A turbidity sensor (emitter plus receiver) is mounted on an immersion probe with an integrated hydrostatic level sensor. The light beam is in the Infrared range at 940 nm.
When the immersion probe reaches the sludge surface, the device switches on an audible alarm and a lightning alarm. At the same time, the depth of immersion is displayed on the main housing.
Underwater Settled Solids Detector MUDSonic
Bamo Turbidity Underwater Settled includes a MUDSonic TS immersion probe and a MUDSONIC MF operating unit. The detection is done between the emitter and receiver of ultrasonic waves. The probe evaluates the concentration of solid particles by attenuation of the signal. The probe is immersed at a fixed height in the tank; It triggers a switch when the concentration (predefined) is reached (sludge level rising by settlement). The trigger point and timer are adjustable on-site (real operating conditions).

Turbidity monitor BAMOPHOX 436
The BAMOPHOX 436 offers high flexibility in use mixing different built-in programs for regulation, thresholds, temperature compensation, and alarms. The 2 lines back-lighted display, 16 alphanumerical characters, gives an easy measurement and temperature reading in any condition.
It also displays the configuration menu and settings of thresholds, analogical outputs, and operation data modes. To allow a quick and easy diagnostic after configuration a simulation program is built-in with direct actuation on contacts outputs, and analogical outputs. A copy of the signal on the 4-20mA output is galvanic insulated; it can be set up within all scales of the parameter. Temperature measurement is also available on a 4-20 mA.

The flow-through cell allows the turbidity measurement directly on the line, without a sampling system. Its built-in transmitter is convenient for transmitting the signal to installed DCS PLC or BAMOPHOX TUR. The 4-20 corresponds to the DIP Switch selectable range:

Stainless Steel In-Line Turbidity Transmitter TRUBOMAT GAB
The TRUBOMAT measures the turbidity of liquids using the light absorption and scattered light measuring method. The inline measuring cell includes two IR emitters and one IR receiver in pulsating light mode (IR measuring method according to ISO 7027). When interconnected, the BAMOPHOX TUR, measuring amplifier, analyses the 4 to 20 mA signal generated by the TRUBOMAT.
