Rotary Paddle Type Level Switch NL/NM Series

This standard rotary type level switch supports every condition. As it can be handled easily, it is operated stably for a long term.
- High-temperature specifications and load bearing specifications are available.
- As the internal mechanism has been unitized, the switch can be replaced without detaching the main body from the tank.
- A clutch mechanism is provided as standard equipment to protect the motor from overloads on the paddle.

Reversible Paddle Type Level Switch NNL/NNM Series

Swing Type Level Switch SWM Series

Level switches under new categories have been produced from our long years of experiengces and technologies. Due to the distinctive heart section, they have a durability three times as much as the rotary type level switches!

As they do not have drive units such as gear and clutch, cost for internal parts replacemengt is reduced significantly!
As the drive section and the heart section are blocked off from each other by the partition wall, the engtry of fine particles due to internal pressures is prevengted.
As the puddle is made swing from the electronic circuit section without connection, the electronic circuits are not damaged by overloads and impacts on the puddle.

Microwave Type Level Switch MWS2 Series

This face-type level switch uses microwaves. It is suitable for detecting dust, coal, gravels, granules, and so on!

It is not easily affected by contamination, adhesion, and scale on the detection surface.
Reduction in size and weight has beeng realized by adopting new model of 24 GHz transmitter and receiver.
Paper and dust that were difficult to detect through other methods can be detected.
Amplifier separated model is available for the tank with vibration.

Capacitance Level Switch ALN/SL Series

The capacitance type level switch detects level points of whatever kind of substances (powders, granules, lumps, liquids, pastes, bubbles, etc.). More than 1,000 types of electrode shapes and special circuits are available for various applications.

Laser Level Indicator LASER RANGE-L/-S Series

The laser type level meter recognizes obstacles in a tank as a digital image. Measurement in a detection area narrowed down more than ever before is enabled by cutting unnecessary noise and filtering the output adequately.

Pinpoint measurement can be performed in places with lots of obstacles.
The measured point can be visualized by red dots.
Measurement can be performed from the outside if a tank has an inspection window or hole.

Radar Level meter FMCW-VG6 / FMCW-VG7 / FMCW-VG5

Frequency Modulated Continuous Wave Type is the best measurement way to have high repeatability and high resolution.
A radar signal is transmitted and reflected from the target surface at a time-delayed frequency. The difference in these frequencies are calculated from the difference between the transmitted frequency and the received frequency. This difference is directly proportional to the distance measured.

Ultrasonic Level Indicator

The multiplexor SM-10, added to the Reflex, provides the opportunity to scan up to 10 separate points of
level, considerably reducing the cost per point for each additional tank of silo monitored.
SM-10 can be mounted remotely from the Reflex. On the top of the points to be monitored is the most
common location as this reduces the number of cables that have to be routed back to the control room and consequently the cost.
Wide Range & Quick Measurement, One controller can be connected to variety of sensors for liquids, slurries and solids measurement. Scanning, indication and output of 10 points can be achieved in under 30 seconds.
System Extension, Adding analog module SA-10, relay module SR-10 can extend output.
