FT Series turbine flowmeters utilize a proven flow measurement technology to provide exceptionally accurate and reliable digital outputs. Because of their versatility, these turbine flowmeters are the solution for a wide variety of liquid and gas flow sensing applications. Turbine meters are an ideal solution when high accuracy, compact size, fast response, and high tolerance to shock and vibration are critical requirements. Turbine meter sizes range from 3/8 inch to 4 inches.

FT SERIES Turbine flow meters

Used in process applications and test & measurement applications.

FT Series turbine flow meters are used in a wide variety of applications. Some examples are automotive and aerospace test stands; subsea control systems; feedback and control systems on aeroderivative turbine generators; as well as general purpose industrial flow measurements. The full range of bearings, end connections, calibrations and electronics are available for this series making it the most versatile, capable of meeting a wide range of applications.

HS SERIES Turbine flow meters  High shock load applications

HS Series “high shock” turbine flowmeters are specifically designed to withstand pressure spikes that create hydraulic shock waves in fluids when actuators or rams are activated. This water hammer effect can dislodge the internals or sheer rotor blades off other turbine designs. The HS Series is based on the FT design providing the same high level of accuracy, with added benefits of a ruggedized housing and reinforced rotor to eliminate protential damage from fluid shock.

SA SERIES Turbine Sanitary flow meters

Flow Technology’s sanitary turbine flow meters provide accuracy, versatility and economy in measuring a wide variety of beverage and pharmaceutical products. Flow Technology’s more than 50 years experience enables the company to produce an extremely durable sanitary turbine flow meter with a smooth finish which is designed to eliminate cracks and crevices where bacteria can breed.

FTO SERIES Turbine Low flow Meter

The Omniflo® turbine flowmeters utilize a low frictional drag bearing in a tangential design allowing the measurement of very low flow rates in either liquid or gas. These high resolution, low flow sensing instruments are capable of measuring flow rates as low as 0.001 GPM in liquids and 0.0015 ACFM in gasses.

The Flow Technology line of positive displacement flow meters utilize two patented impellers (gears) to measure precise volumes of liquid that pass through the flow meter as the gears rotate. These flow meters are specifically designed to accurately measure thicker fluids such as resins, polyurethanes, adhesives, paints, and various petrochemicals.

DC-I Series Positive Displacement Flow Meters 

The patented Flow Technology DC-I Series positive displacement flow meters (PD Meter) are ideal for a wide variety of liquid flow applications. These applications include, but are not limited to, paints, resins, petrochemicals, lubricants, fuels, polyurethanes and adhesives. These flow meters are both highly accurate and easily adaptable to most industrial applications.

DC-E SERIES Positive Displacement Flow Meters

Flow Technology has taken its patented flowmeter design and made it simpler. Many customers do not need the wide array of options that the DC-I Series offers. Therefore, Flow Technology has removed all but the most commonly used features and streamlined the manufacturing process to deliver in the DC-E an economical, industrial PD meter that is accurate and reliable.

DC-F SERIES Positive Displacement Flow Meters 

The patented Flow Technology DC-F Sanitary Series positive displacement flow meter (PD Meter) is ideal for liquid flow applications in the food, dairy, and pharmaceutical industries. The design is ideal for accurately measuring thick fluids in applications where batch repeatability is desired.

HP-I SERIES Positive Displacement Flowmeters 

The patented, highly accurate Flow Technology HP-I Series positive displacement flowmeter (PD Meter) is ideal for liquid flow applications where process pressure is above 1,000 psig. Applications may include hydraulics, polymers, polyurethanes, plastics, and adhesives.

BL SERIES Positive Displacement Flow Meters 

The Flow Technology BL Series positive displacement flow meter is ideal for high pressure applications, such as methanol injection. By eliminating the need for high-strength fasteners, Flow Technology developed a unique “Boltless” pressure vessel design provides inherent corrosion resistance in a compact, easy-to-maintain package.

TRICKLEMETER Positive Displacement Flowmeters

The Flow Technology TrickleMeter is ideal for measuring very low flows of low to high viscosity liquids. Its positive displacement design provides rugged, reliable operation for a variety of industrial applications. The SRP sensor is specially matched to the TrickleMeter providing a reliable pulse output at the full range of flows.

The Flow Technology EL Series of electromagnetic flowmeters represent the state-of-the-art for accurate measurement in water cycle and process applications. This new-generation meter incorporates improvements to the magnetic distribution elements that allow accurate operation throughout all flow regimes, allowing up to a 1000:1 turndown.

EL 500 SERIES Low flow & small line sizes electromagnetic flowmeters 

The EL 500 Series flow meters allow accurate flow measurement in small lines sizes with very low flow rates. This meter series has five different sizes ranging between 1/8 to 3/4 inch. The flow tube is 316 stainless steel with NPT, ASIS 316 UNI 338 male threaded, triclamp / ISO 2852 or DIN 11851 connections. Connections and electrodes are supplied in 316L stainless steel as standard and are also available in Hastelloy C and Titanium on request.

EL BATTERY POWERED SYSTEM electromagnetic flowmeters

The non-intrusive element of the EL System allows product to flow through the meter without concern of clogging. This rugged electromagnetic flowmeter is designed specifically for conductive fluids, including slurries. This system combines the MC608 transmitter with Flow Technology’s EL Series of electromagnetic flowmeters that represent the state-of-the-art for accurate measurement in water cycle and process applications.

The MC608B is a totally standalone battery operated electromagnetic flowmeter transmitter that has up to 6 years battery life. Accuracy is maintained through the incorporation of automatic and continuous meter zeroing under flowing conditions.

EL 1100 SERIES electromagnetic flowmeters  Wafer style for OEM applications

The EL1100 series of electromagnetic flow meters represent the state of the art for the accurate measurement for OEM process applications. This new generation flow meter utilizes an innovative structure to route the electromagnetic signal generated by the electrodes, providing a flow meter with an extremely wide measurement range. With no moving parts, the EL1100J provides a compact installation with wafer connections making it a solid choice for OEMs.

EL 1222 SERIES Insertion electromagnetic flowmeters

The EL 1222 is a compact insertion electromagnetic flowmeter that can be used for temporary or permanent installations. Its compact size and bi-directional measurement capability delivers excellent accuracy for customers who do not want to or have space restrictions to install a full-bore meter.

The Model SLF-500 Ultrasonic Liquid Flowmeter is an accurate, reliable and cost-effective clamp-on ultrasonic instrument capable of measuring bidirectional flow through metal, plastic and even lined pipes without altering the piping. Ideal meter for applications where it is preferable not to have an instrument exposed to the process fluid.

The SLF Series of liquid clamp-on ultrasonic flowmeters are an ideal solution for applications where you would prefer not to break the line, for corrosive fluids where material compatibility is an issue, for high pressure, and for sanitary environments. These meters are installed on the outside of the existing piping and use the ultrasonic transit time method to determine the flow rate. The meters can be installed on 3/8 to 12-inch line sizes.

SLF-200 METER Ultrasonic Clamp-on Flowmeters 

The Model SLF-200 Ultrasonic Liquid Flowmeter is an accurate, reliable and cost-effective clamp-on ultrasonic instrument capable of measuring flow through metal, plastic and various other pipe material without altering the piping. Ideal installation where it is preferable not to have an instrument exposed to the process fluid.

SLF-100 METER Low Flow Ultrasonic Flow Meters 

The Model SLF-100 Ultrasonic Liquid Flow Meter is an accurate, reliable and cost-effective clamp-on ultrasonic instrument capable of measuring low flow rates through small diameter PFA tube without altering the piping. Typical applications are DI water and chemicals in the semiconductor market or any installation when it is preferable not to have an instrument exposed to the process fluid.

QCT_PA12 IN-LINE ULTRASONIC METERS

The QCT_PA12 Series in-line ultrasonic flow meter has been specifically designed for applications requiring excellent accuracy & reliability at an economical price point. The compact QCT_PA12 Series has no moving parts, non-wetted sensors, and there is nothing in the flow stream that will cause an increase in pressure drop; this results in a very rugged, reliable and accurate flow meter.

High accuracy and repeatability are achieved through the unique measurement section within the flow meter where the flow is conditioned and delta T is measured. The small footprint, lightweight device is ideal for low viscosity liquid applications including water-based products, oils, and its all plastic construction makes it the meter of choice for many corrosive fluids.

The QEM Series in-line ultrasonic flow meter has been specifically designed for applications that require excellent accuracy & reliability at an OEM price point. The compact QEM Series has no moving parts; this results in a very rugged, reliable and accurate flow meter. The small footprint, lightweight device is ideal for low viscosity liquid applications including water, water-based products, oils, and its plastic and stainless steel construction makes it the meter of choice for many corrosive fluids.

QLF IN-LINE ULTRASONIC METERS

The QLF Series in line ultrasonic flow meter has been specifically designed for low flow rate applications that require excellent accuracy & reliability. The compact QLF Series has no moving parts, non-wetted sensors and no obstructions in the flow stream to cause an increase in pressure drop; this results in a very rugged, reliable and accurate flow meter.

High accuracy & repeatability is achieved through the unique measurement section within the flow meter where the flow is conditioned and delta T is measured along the axis of the flow meter.
