Liquid Turbines Flow Meters

Turbines Incorporated offers industry leading liquid flow measurement turbines that come in a comprehensive variety of offerings, accuracy and impressive temperature operating ranges. Both our in-line meters (installed within a length of pipe) and wafer-style turbine meters (typically inserted between two flanges) are precision machined stainless steel and also available in a wide variety of materials of construction.

TMG Series – Gas Flow Meter

The TMG Series gas flow meter delivers accurate measurement in a variety of applications. This durable turbine meter is designed to withstand challenging conditions and deliver accurate results over a long service life.

The Turbines Incorporated gas flow meter delivers +/‐ 1% standard accuracy over the flow range. For every turbine flow meter manufactured by Turbines, Inc., a unique K-factor is documented by means of NIST-traceable factory calibration. For additional local output, the TMG Series can be combined with one of our flow monitors for a complete, accurate solution.

Low Flow Meters

Our low flow meters have optimized sensing abilities perfectly suited for a wide variety of low flow applications including fuel pumping, laboratory, aerospace, and various blending applications. Whether it’s small batch processing or an application where accuracy is paramount, our low flow meters are highly configurable and compatible.

LF Series

The LF Series from Turbines, Inc. offers measurement capability from .007 to 3 GPM. The LF Series is designed to operate in clean low viscosity fluid applications. The Low Flow Series meter can handle working pressures up to 5000 psig (based on end connection used) and delivers +/‐ .25% repeatability over the specified flow range. Every LF series meter manufactured by Turbines Inc., has a 20pt NIST traceable calibration performed that documents the meter’s unique performance. For additional outputs or local indication the LF Series can be combined with one of our linearized signal conditioners or rate indicator totalizers.

Cyrogenic Flow Meters

Our cryogenic flow meters, monitors, and accessories are built specifically for low temperature applications. These meters feature the same advanced technology, reliability, and accuracy of our liquid and gas measurement products and are Handbook 44 compliant including CTEP and NTEP.

Additional certifications are OIML R81, R117 and MID; tested and certified by NMi Netherlands. Turbines, Inc. cryogenic meters meet the demands of world’s leading liquefied gas producers and distributors by providing unmatched quality, reliability, and accuracy.

TMC – Cryrogenic Turbine Flow Meter

Turbines, lnc.’s flow meters for cryogenic flow metering applications feature the same advanced technology of our liquid flow measurement products, but are specifically built for low-temperature requirements. We understand that cryogenic processes require proven equipment, and impose unique demands on turbines. Therefore, we provide specialized cryogenic equipment that sets itself apart with its reliability and accuracy.

The TMC Series cryogenic turbine flow meter has an all stainless steel body and shaft, with a nickel rotor in all available line sizes. Turbines, lnc.’s cryogenic meters operating temperature range is -450° F to +450° F, making them the ideal meters for extreme temperature applications.

High Accuracy Flow Meters

Our High Accuracy turbine flow meters are built with extremely tight tolerances only achievable with our precision manufacturing processes, comprehensive quality control, and in-house calibration capabilities.

Specifically engineered to meet the strict standards required for custody transfer, the High Accuracy Meter delivers +/- 0.5% or better accuracy and +/- 0.1% repeatability for low viscosity applications. For every High Accuracy turbine flow meter manufactured by Turbines, Inc., a unique K-factor is documented by means of NIST-traceable factory or independent laboratory ISO/IEC 17025 certified.

Performance Data:

• Accuracy: +/- 0.5% over standard flow range (for 0.25% consult factory)
• Repeatability: +/- 0.1% over standard flow range
• Linearity: +/- 0.5% over flow range
