TRICOR Coriolis Technology has expanded its product portfolio of Coriolis flow meters to include four distinct product lines. The TRICOR CLASSIC Series of Coriolis flow meters is our “standard” line with lower cost and performance specs for broader market appeal.

The TRICOR PRO Series is our “advanced” line with greater performance, diagnostics, and connectivity options, as well as a DSP transmitter. The TRICOR PRO Plus Series includes a compact designed sensor coupled with our DSP transmitter. The TRICOR SPECIALTY Series includes Coriolis flow meters that are designed for high-pressure applications.

CLASSIC Series TCM Coriolis Mass Flow Meters

The TCM “CLASSIC” series of Coriolis Mass Flow Meters meets general industrial requirements with out-of-the-box ease of use. Lower cost and lower performance specs meet broader application needs. Typically used in paint, coatings and dosing of non-corrosive fluid requiring 0.3% accuracy and low to zero maintenance.

CLASSIC Series Model

• TCM 0325 Coriolis Mass Flow Meter
  • The TRICOR CLASSIC Series TCM 0325 Coriolis Mass Flow Meter has a maximum mass flow rate of 325 kg/hr (12 lb/min) or 49 bbl/day and a nominal size of DN4 (1/8”) and is rated for process pressures up to 200 bar (2900 psi).
  • The standard accuracy for the TCM 0325 is 0.3%, but with a custom calibration, 0.1% accuracy is possible. The diamond shape (D-shape) tube design has the best overall performance of any Coriolis tube shape.
  • The mechanical advantages of this design include the best signal-to-noise ratio and reduced effects of external vibrations, thus improving zero stability.

  • The TRICOR CLASSIC Series TCM 0650 Coriolis Mass Flow Meter has a maximum mass flow rate of 650 kg/hr (24 lb/min) or 98 bbl/day and a nominal size of DN4 (1/8”) and is rated for process pressures up to 200 bar (2900 psi)..
• TRICOR CLASSIC Series TCM 1550 Coriolis Mass Flow Meter
  • • The TRICOR CLASSIC Series TCM 1550 Coriolis Mass Flow Meter has a maximum mass flow rate of 1550 kg/hr (57 lb/min) or 234 bbl/day and a nominal size of DN6 (1/4”) and is rated for process pressures up to 2900 psi (200 bar).

  
• TRICOR CLASSIC Series TCM 3100 Coriolis Mass Flow Meter
  • The TRICOR CLASSIC Series TCM 3100 Coriolis Mass Flow Meter has a maximum mass flow rate of 3100 kg/hr (114 lb/min) or 468 bbl/day and a nominal size of DN6 (1/4”) and is rated for process pressures up to 200 bar (2900 psi).
• TRICOR CLASSIC Series TCM 5500 Coriolis Mass Flow Meter
  • The TRICOR CLASSIC Series TCM 5500 Coriolis Mass Flow Meter has a maximum mass flow rate of 5500 kg/hr (202 lb/min) or 830 bbl/day and a nominal size of DN15 (1/2”) and is rated for process pressures up to 345 bar (5000 psi).

  • The TRICOR CLASSIC Series TCM 065K Coriolis Mass Flow Meter has a maximum mass flow rate of 65,000 kg/hr (2388 lb/min) or 9812 bbl/day and a nominal size of DN50 (2”) and is rated for process pressures up to 100 bar (1450 psi).

With a modern HMI interface and strong logging functionality, the DSP transmitters provide users with an efficient configuration and analysis tool

SPECIALITY Series TCMH Coriolis Flow Meters

• The TCMH 0450 is TRICOR’s High-Pressure Coriolis Mass Flow Meter, offered in three pressure ratings: 6,000 psi, 10,000 psi, or 15,200 psi. The material choices for the U-shape tubes are either 316 stainless steel for chemical injection applications or Sandvik® Alloy HP 160, chosen to eliminate hydrogen embrittlement, such as in Hydrogen fueling stations.
