APG PT-510 Pressure Transducer Low-Cost Submersible are rugged submersible pressure transmitters designed for tank liquid level measurement, water and wastewater applications, and well depth measurement. Radar level sensor PT-510/PT-510W series submersible pressure transmitters offer reliability in harsh industrial conditions. The small size, and all welded, all stainless steel body make the durable PT-510/PT-510W the perfect instrument for static and dynamic pressure measurement.
When the electromagnetic waves hit the surface of the substance, part of the impulse energy is reflected back to the sensor, either up the probe or through the air. The circuitry of the sensor then calculates the level based on the time difference between the impulses sent and the impulses reflected.
True Echo™ technology is not affected by pressure, vacuum, temperature, viscosity, foam, or dust. Changes in dielectric constant or material accumulation on the probe or antenna do not affect the level measurement due to the dynamic sensing technology programmed in our True Echo™ level transmitters.
